Project Stand went to Bainbridge Island to film an interview with Jerilyn Brusseau, co-founder and president of PeaceTrees Vietnam. Jerilyn and the PeaceTrees Team have removed almost 29,000 unexploded land mines and bombs left over from the Vietnam War in the most bombed region in the history of the world...Quang Tri Province, Vietnam. They've replaced the bombs with farms, libraries, homes and 30,000 native trees! It was very inspiring and fun to be with Jerilyn, her mother Rae, PeaceTrees Executive Director Fred Gregory and the rest of the Project Stand team.
Look for the video interview to be released soon!
